sustainable energy laws "sustainable energy laws" means - (a) this Act and any subsidiary legislation made under this Act; (b) the Renewable Energy Act 2011 and any subsidiary legislation made under the Renewable Energy Act 2011; and (c) any other legislation under which the Authority is to exercise any function, including any subsidiary legislation made under such legislation.
